When Dalila joined our study it was strugglling with many different recruitment challenges. Team's morale was low with little hope to achieve the target within timelines. After joinging, Dalila spent a considering amount of time digging deep to find all the possible causes for the difficulties, talking with most team members and analyzing available information.
