Dalila KARBICHE - CEO

About me

I began my career in clinical trials in 2000 and stepped into study leadership in 2006. Sincethen, I’ve led studies across all phases of development, including many large, global Phase 3programmes; several of them conducted in preparation for marketing approval applications.Through this work, I gained deep insight into one of the industry’s biggest challenges, participant recruitment, and the influence, leadership, and teamwork required to overcome it.

In 2018, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, deepening my understanding of human behaviour and motivation. This strengthened my belief that the human element is at the core of every successful project. In 2021, I expanded into coaching, combining two decades of trial leadership with psychology and advanced coaching skills. This allowed me to create astructured method that helps pharmaceutical companies and their project managers accelerate recruitment and deliver stronger studies.

Over my career, I’ve worked with biotech companies, mid-size and large pharmaceutical organisations, as well as with CROs.

Across all of these environments, recruitment challenges were always at the centre of each project. Addressing them early and effectively is what determines whether a trial succeeds.

Alongside my coaching diploma and psychology background, I bring 25 years of industryexperience and a proven track record of leading complex, global studies.

My purpose istwofold:

Two mottos drive both my brand and my programme:
