Fast Track Recruitment Programme

Our launch service is the Fast Track Recruitment Programme, a structured recruitment performance implementation programme combining workshop-based system design, operational diagnostics, and applied performance optimisation

Here’s what’s included:

  • 3-Day Intensive Workshop: engaging, practical sessions tailored to your company’s needs. The programme participants leave with clear strategies and a deep sense of ownership.

  • Follow-Up Coaching Calls: ensuring tools and methods are applied effectively, progress is tracked, and obstacles are overcome.

  •  Live Q&A Sessions: direct access to a coach to address challenges as they arise and keep teams motivated.

  • Ongoing Community Platform: An exclusive, client-specific online space where participants can share experiences, solutions, and successes in confidence.

  • Individual Coaching Sessions: A limited number of one-to-one sessions are available for the programme participants who would benefit from additional personalised support, provided upon company request.

This blend of structured learning, real-time coaching, and peer support enables participants to implement repeatable recruitment processes, reduce variability across sites, and strengthen performance predictability across the study lifecycle, applying the framework consistently across studies and therapeutic areas

Certification

Every programme participant who completes the programme will receive an Empowering Ripples Certificate of Achievement. This helps companies:

  • Retain knowledge across studies without duplicating costs.

  • Recognise and celebrate recruitment excellence.

  • Demonstrate tangible value from their investment

For now, this certification is issued directly by Empowering Ripples. In future, we will explore professional accreditation options to add another layer of credibility for clients.
