When Dalila joined our study it was strugglling with many different recruitment challenges. Team's morale was low with little hope to achieve the target within timelines. After joinging, Dalila spent a considering amount of time digging deep to find all the possible causes for the difficulties, talking with most team members and analyzing available information. She then started implementing various ideas, coaching the team, and working to bring the best out of everyone towards the goal. The shift was palpable and within short months recruitment numbers started going up, eventually leading to target recruitment being achieved ahead of time. Watching her work with the team was a real pleasure and inspiration. I will bring many of Dallila's ideas with me to my future projects!
